Here in Gainesville, Florida, we conduct our own little tribute to Gram Parsons in the form of an annual concert. Local (and not so local) musicians, headed up by Mick Marino, get together on or about Gram's birthday (Nov. 5), to celebrate his music.
Begun in 1999, the Gram Parsons Tribute Concert has continued to grow in participation and attendance, and we commemorate these concerts on this site.
If you are interested in participating in the next tribute, please drop us an e-mail and let us know who you are and the song(s) you are interested in performing. Any songs that were written by, for or about Gram, or performed by him, including covers, are acceptable. We also welcome your original music.
